Mason Jars

Thoroughly clean and dry your mason jar. You can use warm soapy water or pure alcohol to remove any residue.

Begin by attaching the end of the cord to the inside lip of the Mason jar. You will want to do this with glue or decoupage medium.
Make sure to leave the cord attached to the spool because you won’t know how much you need until much later.

Wrap the cord around the jar, making sure to coat each part of the jar with decoupage medium or glue.
I estimated how much cord I would need and clipped it, I then strung my beads onto the cord and kept wrapping, arranging the beads as I went.

If you didn’t clip your cord, decorate the jar with sequins, beads, or other embellishments as you choose.!

Once you have finished decorating your jar, paint a thick layer of decoupage medium over the entire thing and allow it to dry completely. Once it is dry you can spray a clear coat over it to make it shiny.
